Hi everyone. I don't mean to use this forum as a place to test new restaurant ideas, but since I spend all my time on pizza, I don't have a chance to get out and talk to a lot of people. Anyway, I'm thinking about adding some "gourmet" toppings to the menu. I hear sun dried tomatoes are popular. Any ideas?

I love sun dried tomatoes and pesto on my pizza. Goat cheese is also good.

I'm a pretty basic kind of guy. I like pepperoni and mushroom. But my wife once ordered from this place that has fried eggplant as a topping. It was really good, especially if you like eggplant parmesan.

I was thinking about that before. I think I will add it to the menu. I think you must have some Italian in you, BriDog.

Have any other alternate ideas? You seem like a guy who likes choices. There's plenty out there, you know.

Most people just like basic "meat and potatoes," if you know what I mean. Don't get too froo froo, PizzaPaul. There's a whole lot of us who are into pizza that gets the job done right.

We'll always have that kind on the menu. What we're hoping to do is bring out pizza to an even bigger audience.

Why are we talking about pizza?

I've got a better idea. Something that will combine my two passions and help out the group. I'm working on it now. This is gonna be big.
