Batman works at night. He specializes in the element of surprise he shows up when a crime is going on when people are engaged in violence.

Ns18 people have gotten pictures of him and people got video of that guy that was beat up by the cops at night.

Batman doesn't want anyone to see him. Just catch glimpses.

It was great to meet so many of you guys at the meeting. I finally figured out how to get on this messenger board. I want to talk about Batman's tactics. It seems to me that he has basically two approaches to a crime scene. His favorite is from above, like the way he swung down to help that homeless guy who was being hassled. The other one involves his car, but he doesn't use that much because it basically eliminates the element of surprise.

he does like to come in from above have you noticed that sometimes he *drops in* and sometimes he uses a kind of lasso to immobilize someone from above and then *hoist* them. he either leaves them helpless and dangling or tied to something for the cops

Something I don't understand and I was hoping someone here was a lawyer or something and could tell me. When the police get there, what do they arrest the bad guys for?

Say someone is trying to braek into a car, and Batman stops them. When the cops get there the guy is tied to a light pole or something. They don't know what he did. He's not going to say I'm trying to steal a car and Batman stopped me. He's just some guy tied to a light post.

There would be implicating evidence. Marks on the car where the guy tried to break in.

And the guy says it wasn't him. I mean, batman isn't a cop, so what does it mean when he catches someone?

Saw on the news last night that Batman stopped a crime just by showing up. Guys doing it saw him and just ran. That means that his appearance is enough to stop criminals. Cool!!!!

I've been thinking about how crazy this is to go out at night, walking through my neighborhood, 'protecting' people. I'm just an ordinary guy, you know? Got two kids. Boys, 6 and 8. Could really use my sleep. My wife thinks I'm selfish, putting myself at risk 'playing Batman.'

My kids play 'Fear Toxin' in the backyard. They run around spraying each other and screaming with fear. It probably doesn't mean any more than when we were kids and we used to play war. There was a hill in my parents back yard and me and the other kids in the neighborhood used spend hours screaming 'grenade!' and throwing ourselves down that hill. But it feels different to me, maybe because their uncle, my brother-in-law, got a dose of fear toxin. He's been in and out of the hospital.

When I got home from work yesterday, I parked my truck (I'm an electrician) and I heard the kids playing in the back. I looked over the fence to see what they were doing. My oldest boy had a towel tied around his neck. He was Batman, and he was saving the younger from 'bad guys.'

It made me feel good. It felt like hope.
